#BBWPhotoFun in Dubai!
Every Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is incomplete without fun photo ops and contests! At every Sale, our customers can...
The newest outlet occupies a historic location in local heritage site Kong Heng Square, which once housed one of the busiest banks in the city of Ipoh. After a rejuvenation exercise, the building is now looking set to be the Silver State’s most Instagrammable spot for book lovers!
BookXcess Kong Heng stands as a complementary eye-catcher beside neighbouring tourist attraction Concubine Lane. Sporting neon lights and cheeky, literary-inspired quotes on the outside and the inside, visitors are in for a treat for the mind as well as the senses.
Snicker (or blush) at the quotes and be wowed as you enter! Descend into the vault which formerly held cold, hard cash but is now home to a spread of books across various genres for you to choose from: novels, science-fiction, thriller, literature, young adult, business books, cookbooks, art and design books and many other hidden gems.
But BookXcess Kong Heng does not just hold books within its walls. The basement holds a tribute to the late Yasmin Ahmad, a Malaysian filmmaker who set her acclaimed film, Sepet and its sequel Gubra in Ipoh.
